With the shrill beeping of trucks sounding in the background, your morning writing session is becoming more of a strained chore than a refuge of stillness. What are your options for improving this situation?
You could pray for rain to fall at 7 o’clock every morning, delaying the noise for an hour or two. Writing late at night is another answer. How about setting your alarm clock an hour earlier and writing while it truly is quiet and still outside?
Or you could try to ignore the noise and carry on... as you are doing now. What happens to your level of writing when you do this? Let us try an experiment for a few days to see what happens.
From the perspective of eternity, the time of day makes no difference. From the perspective of eternity, background noises are immaterial. What matters is that you master the discipline of seeing Life through the eyes of your Eternal Self.
These morning sessions are a training ground for you to practice aligning your energy with that of your Higher Self - on a regular basis. Saying that you are a spiritual being walking around in a physical body is not the same as living as that eternal essence. And this is what your morning wakeups are all about.
You are learning to embody your Eternal Self while living as a physical human being. When you can block out the annoyances and simply sit enveloped in the energy of Eternal You, you notice that the annoyances recede. They may still be there, but when you are vibrating in alignment with your Higher Self, you are in a different place altogether.
And it is from this energetic "location" that you see more clearly and write more honestly.
Do you hear the noises now? No. Are they there? Probably. See how easy that was?
See you tomorrow... same time, same place.
